Sharon graduated from SUNY Old Westbury and joined Schultheis & Panettieri, LLP in 1997. Sharon was promoted to Partner in 2009.
Cutting Through Ambiguity
A valuable member of the firm, Sharon is adept at cutting through ambiguity and focusing on what is important. She has extensive experience providing services to labor organizations, employee benefit plans and non-profit organizations including overseeing audits, reviews, compilations, expense allocation studies, and preparation of governmental filings.
Sharon splits her time between coordinating engagements from planning through completion, performing technical reviews of engagements, attending board meetings, and assisting clients with technical issues.
Sharon is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Sharon oversees staff education and compliance with various continuing education requirements, as well as the firm’s in-house quality control standards.
On A Personal Note
Sharon is married with three children and six grandchildren and enjoys entertaining, baking and sports.
