Phyllis graduated from Binghamton University – School of Management receiving a B.S. in accounting, in 1985.  She later obtained an MBA in Finance Pace University – Lubin School of Business.


Phyllis joined the firm in 2014 as a Quality Assurance Audit Manager.  Prior to joining the firm Phyllis spent 20 years in public accounting; planning, managing and reviewing audits for commercial (for profit) entities specializing in multi-national consolidations for clients in the manufacturing, distribution, real estate, construction and service industries, not-for profits and employee benefit plans.  Phyllis served on various CPA firm mentoring, networking and steering committees.    

Phyllis also spent 10 year in private accounting as Director of SEC Reporting and Corporate Finance for a Fortune 500 Global Conglomerate preparing 10Q’s, 10K’s and operating and capital budgets.    

Phyllis provides quality control review of financial statements, tax returns and workpapers for Unions, Multi-Employee Benefit plans and not-for-profit entities, handles applications for tax-exempt status and performs technical research.
