After graduating from the College of Charleston, Lisa joined Schultheis & Panettieri, LLP in 1998 and was promoted to Payroll Audit Manager in 2003.

Experience

Lisa works closely with clients, employers and legal representatives to facilitate resolutions to problems that may arise throughout the payroll audit process. She understands the importance of assisting clients in the most efficient way possible. A true team player, Lisa values the relationships she has with both clients and staff members. She works hard to maintain the quality and accuracy of the services provided by the firm.

Knowledge Sharing

Training and supervising payroll audit staff members, developing and maintaining client relationships, coordinating the preparation of payroll audit status reports and reviewing and analyzing payroll audit reporting are some of the key tasks Lisa is responsible for at the firm. She also organizes staff meetings to assist in the development of staff members and coordinates the in-house training for the payroll audit staff.
