Steve joined Schultheis & Panettieri in 1996 and was promoted to Payroll Audit Manager in 1998. Steve manages a department of payroll audit staff that devotes 100% of their time conducting payroll audits for employee benefit funds. Steve emphasizes the importance of resolving problems that arise during the course of conducting this type of engagement, and constantly stresses the importance of effectively communicating, with all interested parties, to reach a common understanding.

Tony joined Schultheis & Panettieri as an audit supervisor in 2001. He was promoted to manager in 2003. In addition to his supervisory functions, Tony is often called upon to attend various dispute resolution and arbitration meetings. He assists in the training and development of staff, as well as checking and analyzing reports for several of our largest clients. In addition to his 9+ years experience in the multi-employer benefit fund field, he worked as a financial analyst for a major investment banking firm. He has a BA degree from Brooklyn College as well as completing a computer science certificate program at Hofstra University.

Bill joined Schultheis & Panettieri in January 2001 as an audit supervisor, and was promoted to manager in 2003. Bill has been in the payroll auding field for over 20 years; most of those exclusively devoted to multi-employer benefit funds. In order to keep abreast of current developments in this specialized field, Bill, a graduate of Fordham University, has attended various graduate courses covering such diverse topics as Collective Bargaining Agreements, Labor Law and Dispute Resolution. His responsibilities consist of training, supervising, client relations, and reviewing audit reports for some of our largest clients.

Lisa joined Schultheis & Panettieri in January 1998 and was promoted to manager in 2003. She is a 1996 graduate of the College of Charleston. Prior to joining S&P, Lisa was responsible for payroll and billing for a large company.

 

Lisa's responsibilities include training and supervising payroll audit staff members, developing and maintaining client relationships, coordinating the preparation of payroll audit status reports and reviewing and analyzing payroll audit reporting.

Viorel joined Schultheis & Panettieri, LLP in September 2000 and was promoted to manager in 2009.  Prior to joining S&P, Viorel was an assistant controller for a boutique hotel in Manhattan.

Viorel’s responsibilities include developing and maintaining clients relations, training and supervising payroll audit staff members, and assisting in the development of database and Microsoft Excel based payroll audit programs.

Bill joined S&P as a payroll audit supervisor in 2003 and was promoted to manager in 2008. Bill is a graduate of Villanova University and has spent a majority of his career working in various positions related to the construction industry. In addition to his 11+ years experience in the multi-employer Benefit Fund field, he worked as a financial analyst for a major NYC construction authority.

Besides developing and maintaining client relationships, Bill's responsibilities include training and supervising staff as well as reviewing payroll audit reports for some of our largest clients.
