Schultheis & Panettieri, LLP recognizes that our employees are our greatest resource. Our success over the years comes as a direct result of the staff that we have been able to attract and retain. We realize a comfortable work environment is important and we are attentive to the needs of our staff. We strive to maintain a pleasant working environment that fosters professional development, problem solving, experience sharing and personal satisfaction. As we continue to grow, the friendly, caring, family oriented atmosphere still exists as it did when we began in 1927. Every person in the office is a respected Schultheis & Panettieri, LLP member and is appreciated for their unique contribution to the firm.

The firm sponsors a variety of events such as a family picnic in the summer and holiday party in December. When the opportunity arises, staff is often invited to client sponsored golf outings, picnics, dinner–dances and other events in celebration of client milestones. Schultheis & Panettieri, LLP enjoys close relationships with both clients and staff. We are proud of the fact that we experience little to no turnover in clients and staff!
