The work environment at Schultheis & Panettieri is very much one of teamwork. There is minimal emphasis on titles and workspaces are wide open. Staff is assigned to engagements usually in teams, and travel is often involved. Traveling and working together builds camaraderie and everyone will have the opportunity to work with each other at some point during the year.
