A graduate of Villanova University, Bill joined Schultheis & Panettieri, LLP in 2003 and was promoted to Director in 2014. Prior to joining the firm, Bill spent over three years working for a major NYC construction authority and another seven plus years working in the multiemployer benefit fund field. 

Effective Communicator

A valued member of the Schultheis & Panettieri, LLP team, Bill is a big believer in effective communication with clients. With his hands-on approach, Bill is easily accessible to address any client concerns or issues. Responsible for managing some of the firm’s largest accounts, Bill spends a majority of his time in the field working directly with clients.  Bill is adept at developing and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Bill performs technical reviews of engagement workpapers and works closely with clients and their legal representatives in their efforts to collect delinquent contributions. Bill often attends dispute resolution and arbitration meetings, and when needed, testifies in federal court.

Staff Educator

Bill assists in the training and development of staff and regularly speaks at in-firm continuing education seminars.
